Crypto Payments at Art of the World Gallery

At Art of the World Gallery, we embrace innovation while upholding the timeless value of fine art. We are pleased to accept cryptocurrency for artwork purchases.

  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Ethereum (ETH)
  • USD Coin (USDC)
  • Tether (USDT)

Payment Procedure

All invoices will be issued in U.S. Dollars (USD).

If paying with crypto, the USD invoice total must be paid in full at the live market exchange rate shown on www.coinbase.com/price at the exact time of transfer.
We do not use or reference rates from any other exchange.

All transfers must originate from a wallet registered in the buyer’s name. Payments from anonymous, third-party, or unverified wallets will not be accepted.

Buyers are responsible for all network or gas fees. The gallery must receive the full invoice amount, net of all fees.

Once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain, the transaction is considered complete and final.

Artwork will not be released until full payment is received and verified on the blockchain.

Once the payment is confirmed on the block, we will proceed with the release or delivery of the artwork.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All crypto payments are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital assets and market volatility.

In the rare event of an overpayment, excess funds may be returned (minus transaction fees), subject to verification.

If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, the gallery reserves the right to void the sale and relist the artwork.

Tax & Compliance

Any applicable sales tax, import duties, or reporting requirements are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The gallery will provide standard invoicing and documentation in USD for all crypto purchases. Buyers are encouraged to consult with a tax professional regarding the implications of using cryptocurrency for high-value transactions.

Liability Disclaimer

The buyer is fully responsible for entering the correct wallet address, amount, currency, and network. The gallery is not liable for lost, delayed, or incorrect transfers due to user error, exchange delays, or third-party issues. We strongly recommend confirming all transaction details with us before sending funds.

Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in Houston, Texas.
